How to Use This Site

I've put together these baseline instructions and tips to help guide you in using my website.   Please feel free to contact me as I value your input.

General Use:

You may browse through the site by using the navigation on the left.  I hope that you find value in the information that I have provided about the communities that I support - particularly Marlborough, Hudson, Framingham, Northborough, Clinton, Berlin and Wilmington.  If you have specific questions about these communities which I have not addressed, please feel free to call or email me.

I have provided a simple mortgage calculator for you so that you can see exactly what type of monthly payment you can afford.  Just fill in the numbers in the Mortgage and Expense Information section and click Calculate Now.  You will immediately be provided with your expected payments.

Buyers:

Please feel free to use my site to perform a property search.  Click on the Property Search link on the left and put in your general search criteria - town(s), type of property and price range.  You may also put in some advanced criteria but it is not required.  Click on Search for Property and you will immediately find the results of your search.  You may do this as many times as you like with different searches. 

It is important for me to point out that you will NOT receive full details on your search results (such as the address) of the property unless you register to be a member on this site.  There is no cost to being a member.  It is simply a form that you fill out that allows me to provide you with the full listing sheet data on your searches.  This is a ruling of the Multiple Listing Service.

Members:

Becoming a member is easy and free.  Click on New Member Registration at the top of my site - just above my photo.  Fill in the form and you will receive a message back from the system acknowledging your registration.  Once I have the opportunity to review your application, quickly I promise, I will authorize you to receive full listing data on your property search results.  You will be provided a login and password.  If you don't like your password and want to change it, just let me know.

When you fill out the form, you should put your top priority search information in.  You are going to receive an email every morning to the email address you registered with the search results on your criteria.  It will include live links to the listing sheets for each property.  You can just click on the link for any property and you'll go directly to the full listing sheet for that property.  These are the new results since the day prior.  There will also be a link to click on that will bring you to your full listing of search results including those you left in place for previous days' results.  You will have the option of removing properties from this listing, asking for more information about them and even forwarding by email a copy of the information to your spouse or other person of interest.

Beyond this, if you want to save a new search with a different set of criteria or make changes to the search criteria you already saved (price, towns, etc.) just let me know.  I'll set it up for you in the background and you'll get the results delivered to YOUR email every day.

Sellers:
